be!LUX university is the source for managing all your training and development at Luxottica. This is the place to enroll in classes, take web-based training, review your learning plan, and more. Enter your LUX ID and be!LUX university password to login.

To get started

Enter your 6-digit LUX ID and be!LUX university PASSWORD to login.

First time users

LUX ID = enter your 6-digit LUX ID (including zeros)
PASSWORD = enter your birth date as password mmdd (4-digits) and then click Sign In button

example:
LUX ID: 012345 (including zeros)
PASSWORD: if your birth date is January 20th then your password is 0120 (4-digits)

Forgot your LUX ID?

You can find this 6-digit number on your paycheck.

Forgot your password or locket out?

You will be allowed 5 attempts to login to be!LUX university before you will be locked out of the system. If you forgot your password or are locked out of the system, simply send an email to be!LUX university support at beluxadmin@luxotticaretail.com and your new password will be emailed to you promptly.

Please Note: All first time users, your password is your birth date mmdd (4-digits)
