To get started
Enter your 6-digit LUX ID and be!LUX university PASSWORD to login.
First time users
LUX ID = enter your 6-digit LUX ID (including zeros)
PASSWORD = enter your birth date as password mmdd (4-digits) and then click Sign In button
example:
LUX ID: 012345 (including zeros)
PASSWORD: if your birth date is January 20th then your password is 0120 (4-digits)

You will be allowed 5 attempts to login to be!LUX university before you will be locked out of the system. If you forgot your password, and you have a LUX email account, click here to have your password luxottica email address. If you do not have a LUX email account, you will need to contact be!LUX university support by email at beluxadmin@luxotticaretail.com to have your password reset.
Please Note: All first time users, your password is your birth date mmdd (4-digits). If you are locked out of the system, simply send an email to be!LUX university support at beluxadmin@luxotticaretail.com and your new password will be emailed to you promptly.
